Submission and Bind

If you haven’t already, please fill out our online application for the project. The information provided will help us begin creating your water damage prevent plan, including the technology that we will deploy.

Pre-Construction Consultation

If you do not have a water damage prevention plan (WDPP) we will deliver a comprehensive and customized WDPP at the start of your project. This plan consists of a robust planning and process for mitigate the effects of water intrusion, water leaks, and frozen pipes.

Technology Implementation

We will install non-invasive IoT technology on the jobsite at no cost to you at roughly 50-60% project completion. The shipping, installation, and monitoring are taken care of by our loss control team. We will coordinate with your site team for the installation, maintenance, and training for the alert escalation process.

Here’s how our simple and effective technology works:

Loss Control Survey

While our loss control team is installing and activating our IoT sensor technology on site, they will also be performing a loss control survey to identify other site conditions that could cause site interruptions. These surveys are tailored to the size of your project. To learn more about the loss control survey available to your project, contact our loss control team.

Active Project Monitoring

Our service to you does not stop with the Installation. As the project progresses, we know that sensors will need to be relocated. We will have staff ready to discuss the moving of sensors to new locations as walls are built out and new materials are brought in.

We stand behind our technology. If a sensor loses battery power or is damaged, we will alert you and work with you to fix the issue.

Project Completion

When the project is complete, we will send you the location and serial numbers of all the hardware that we installed on your site. You simply need to package them in a prepaid shipping container and send them back to us.
